Welcome to LokalCraft. LokalCraft is a web-based e-commerce platform designed to support handcrafted microenterprises and buyers, particularly within Taguig City. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and while using LokalCraft.
Users who apply to become sellers must submit the required business information and verification documents. Seller access is not automatically granted after registration. Applications are subject to administrator verification and approval.
Additional seller responsibilities, product-listing requirements, and seller-specific conditions are provided separately under the LokalCraft Seller Agreement.
Users must use LokalCraft only for lawful activities related to the functions provided by the platform.
LokalCraft provides an online marketplace focused on handcrafted products. Information displayed for a product is primarily provided and managed by the seller.
Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy of their product names, descriptions, images, stock information, prices, categories, and other listing details. LokalCraft may monitor listings and may restrict content that violates platform requirements.
Submitting a Request Order does not immediately complete or finalize a transaction. The buyer initially selects the quantity, optional special request, Delivery Option, and Payment Option before sending the request to the seller.
The buyer and seller may then communicate through LokalCraft's integrated chat to discuss specific details such as customization, exact location, selected delivery service, date, and time.
The seller prepares the final order arrangement based on the discussion. The buyer must review and confirm the final arrangement before the seller can proceed with final order acceptance.
Users are responsible for reviewing the final price, quantity, Delivery Option, Payment Option, location, schedule, customization details, and other order information before confirming an arrangement.
LokalCraft may display order statuses including Pending, Accepted, Processing, Completed, Cancelled, and Declined. These statuses are used to help users monitor the progress of an order.
Payment status and order status are recorded separately. A successful payment record does not automatically mean that the physical order has already been completed, received, or delivered.
LokalCraft supports Delivery Options such as Meetup, Pickup, Third-Party Delivery, and Other, depending on the arrangement between the buyer and seller.
LokalCraft does not provide its own real-time courier or automated logistics tracking service. Third-party delivery arrangements are coordinated externally by the buyer and seller.
Users are responsible for confirming the correct meetup location, pickup location, delivery service, recipient information, date, and time before finalizing an arrangement. LokalCraft cannot control the performance, availability, delay, loss, or service quality of an independently selected third-party delivery provider.
Supported Payment Options include QR-based digital payment and Cash, subject to the selected Delivery Option.
During system evaluation, QR-based digital payment functions operate within LokalCraft's configured testing environment. Transaction and wallet values used during evaluation are system records and do not represent withdrawable funds or production seller payouts.
LokalCraft records a five percent (5%) platform transaction fee for applicable successful transactions.
For supported QR-based digital transactions, the system records the corresponding seller share and platform fee after a successful payment result is received. For Cash on Meetup or Pickup, the required platform fee may be secured from the seller's internal transaction balance before the arranged order can be accepted.
Internal wallet and commission records are platform transaction records used to support and monitor LokalCraft's transaction workflow. They must not be represented as independent bank accounts, electronic wallets, or guaranteed withdrawable balances.
Users must use the cancellation, decline, arrangement, or other controls available within the system when an order cannot proceed.
LokalCraft does not guarantee functions that are outside the implemented scope of the platform. Any reversal, refund, settlement, withdrawal, or payout process is limited to the functions actually available for the applicable transaction. Users should not assume that a separate automated refund or external settlement service exists unless it is specifically provided by the system.
The integrated messaging feature is intended for communication related to products, special requests, customization, order arrangements, delivery information, payment coordination, and other relevant transaction details.
Users should avoid sharing unnecessary confidential information through chat. Messages must not be used for fraud, harassment, threats, spam, or activities that violate these Terms and Conditions.
LokalCraft may use AI-assisted product similarity features to identify related handcrafted products and provide comparable product references.
AI-assisted recommendations are provided only as additional references. They do not guarantee that two products have identical materials, quality, production cost, features, demand, or market value.
For sellers, AI-assisted comparable-product information does not automatically determine, replace, or change the seller's final selling price.
LokalCraft may provide costing and pricing assistance based on information entered by the seller, including materials, labor, overhead, desired profit, and other supported costing information.
Calculated values and suggested prices are decision-support information. Sellers remain responsible for reviewing their own costs and determining their final selling price.
Authorized LokalCraft administrators may perform functions necessary for platform operation, including account management, seller verification, product monitoring, order monitoring, transaction and commission review, and system reporting.
LokalCraft may restrict, reject, suspend, or disable access to an account when there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, false information, misuse of the system, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
LokalCraft is a web-based platform and may be affected by internet connectivity, server availability, maintenance, technical errors, device limitations, or services outside LokalCraft's direct control.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Features that depend on uploaded information, payment services, email services, AI processing, or other technical components may temporarily become unavailable.
LokalCraft may update these Terms and Conditions when platform features, system requirements, or operating procedures change. Updated terms should be presented through the platform when material changes affect user responsibilities or system use. Continued use of the platform after an applicable update indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
LokalCraft respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information processed by the platform and how that information is used in relation to account registration, seller verification, marketplace transactions, communication, administration, and system operation.
Depending on the user's role and use of the platform, LokalCraft may process information such as:
Government-issued identification and business verification documents are collected for the purpose of reviewing seller applications and helping administrators verify the identity and business information submitted by an applicant.
Verification documents are not intended to be publicly displayed as seller product content. Access to these records should be limited to authorized platform functions and administrators who require the information for seller verification or legitimate system administration.
LokalCraft may use collected information to:
Not all information stored by LokalCraft is public. Information necessary for marketplace use may be shown to other users depending on their role and the transaction.
For example, product listings and appropriate seller or shop information may be visible to buyers. Order and arrangement information may be shared between the buyer and seller involved in the transaction.
Passwords, seller verification documents, and other restricted administrative information are not intended to be publicly displayed.
Authorized administrators may access information necessary to perform seller verification, account management, product monitoring, order monitoring, commission and transaction review, reporting, and legitimate system administration.
Administrator access should be limited to information necessary for the performance of authorized platform responsibilities.
Some functions may depend on external services, including supported digital payment, email verification, or independently selected delivery services.
Where an external service is required, information necessary to perform or verify the requested function may be processed through that service. LokalCraft does not control independently selected third-party delivery providers used by buyers and sellers.
Product images and listing information may be processed by LokalCraft's AI-assisted product similarity and recommendation feature to identify related products and provide comparable references.
The AI-assisted feature is used for product discovery and reference purposes. It is not used to automatically approve seller accounts or automatically determine a seller's final selling price.
LokalCraft applies system and access controls intended to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. Sensitive seller verification documents are intended for restricted verification and administrative access rather than public display.
Users also share responsibility for protecting their information. Users should use a strong password, keep login credentials confidential, log out from shared devices, and avoid sending unnecessary confidential information to other users.
Although reasonable safeguards are applied, no web-based system can guarantee absolute protection against every technical failure, unauthorized attack, or risk outside the platform's control.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information. Users should update information through available account features when changes are necessary.
Providing false identity information, falsified seller documents, or misleading transaction information may result in restriction or suspension of the account.
LokalCraft may retain account, verification, order, message, transaction, commission, inventory, and other system records when they are needed for platform operation, seller verification, transaction history, security, reporting, or system evaluation.
Retention and removal of records are subject to the functions and administrative procedures implemented within LokalCraft. Users should not assume that deleting or closing an account automatically removes transaction or verification records that must remain for legitimate system, security, or administrative purposes.
LokalCraft does not use the platform for the purpose of selling or renting users' personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when LokalCraft's features, information practices, or system requirements change. Material changes should be reflected in the policy presented through the platform.
By creating an account, continuing to use LokalCraft, and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Users applying to become sellers also acknowledge that their use of seller functions is subject to the separate LokalCraft Seller Agreement.
This Seller Agreement applies to users who register, apply, or operate as sellers on LokalCraft. By submitting a seller application and using seller features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the responsibilities and conditions stated below.
Seller access is subject to verification and approval by the LokalCraft Administrator. Submitting a seller application does not automatically grant seller privileges.
LokalCraft is intended to support handcrafted microenterprises and the sale of handcrafted products.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products they list are appropriate for LokalCraft's marketplace and are accurately represented.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all information contained in their product listings.
LokalCraft administrators may monitor product listings and may approve, reject, restrict, archive, or remove listings that violate marketplace requirements or platform policies.
Sellers remain responsible for the quality, condition, workmanship, and accuracy of the products they offer.
Product images and descriptions should reasonably match the item that will be provided to the buyer, including agreed customization when applicable.
Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory information for their listed products.
A Request Order does not automatically reserve or deduct physical stock. Final order acceptance is subject to LokalCraft's required stock checks and applicable platform-fee requirements.
Sellers must not knowingly accept an order when they are unable to provide the agreed quantity or product.
LokalCraft provides costing and pricing tools to assist sellers in recording and reviewing information such as materials, labor, overhead, desired profit, total cost, suggested selling price, break-even information, and estimated profit.
The seller remains responsible for reviewing these calculations and determining the final selling price of the product.
LokalCraft's costing and pricing features are decision-support tools and do not guarantee sales, profit, demand, or business performance.
LokalCraft may analyze product images and listing information to provide AI-assisted similar-product or comparable-product references.
These results are provided only as additional references. They do not automatically determine, overwrite, or change the seller's product information or final selling price.
Similarity between products does not guarantee that the products have the same materials, workmanship, production cost, quality, demand, or market value.
When a buyer submits a Request Order, the seller may receive information including the requested quantity, optional special request, selected Delivery Option, and selected Payment Option.
A Request Order is not yet a completed transaction and must not be treated as a completed sale before the required arrangement and acceptance process has been finished.
Sellers may use LokalCraft's integrated chat to communicate with buyers regarding specific transaction details, including:
Sellers must communicate professionally and respectfully. Fraudulent messages, harassment, threats, spam, deceptive communication, or attempts to misuse the platform are prohibited.
The seller is responsible for preparing the final order arrangement after discussing the necessary details with the buyer.
The final arrangement may include the agreed price, Delivery Option, Payment Option, location, date, time, and additional notes.
If the Delivery Option or Payment Option is changed from the buyer's original request, the change must be based on an agreement between the buyer and seller.
The final arrangement must be sent to the buyer for review and confirmation before the seller proceeds with final acceptance of the order.
The seller may accept an order only after the buyer has confirmed the final arrangement and the system has completed the applicable checks.
These checks may include available stock and platform-fee requirements. The seller must not intentionally attempt to bypass the required LokalCraft order acceptance process.
Sellers are responsible for updating orders according to their actual progress using the applicable LokalCraft order statuses, which may include:
Sellers must not intentionally mark orders with false or misleading statuses. Payment status and order status are recorded separately, and a successful payment does not automatically mean that an order has already been physically fulfilled.
Available Delivery Options may include Meetup, Pickup, Third-Party Delivery, and Other arrangements supported by LokalCraft.
Sellers must clearly communicate and confirm applicable fulfillment details with the buyer before accepting the final arrangement.
LokalCraft does not provide its own real-time courier or automated delivery tracking service. Third-party delivery services are arranged externally by the buyer and seller.
Sellers should provide accurate pickup, meetup, or delivery-related information and should not intentionally misrepresent fulfillment details.
Supported Payment Options may include QR-based digital payment and Cash, depending on the selected Delivery Option.
Sellers acknowledge that LokalCraft records a five percent (5%) platform transaction fee for applicable successful transactions.
For supported QR-based digital transactions, LokalCraft records the corresponding seller share and platform fee after the payment process is successfully confirmed by the system.
For Cash on Meetup or Pickup orders, the system requires sufficient seller internal wallet balance to secure the applicable 5% platform fee before the buyer-confirmed order can be accepted.
A seller may therefore be prevented from accepting a Cash on Meetup or Pickup order when the required platform-fee balance is insufficient.
LokalCraft may maintain internal records showing seller earnings, platform-fee deductions, commissions, and transaction history.
The internal seller wallet and transaction balances used within the system are LokalCraft platform records. During system evaluation, these records do not represent a separate bank account, external electronic wallet, or guaranteed withdrawable balance.
Sellers must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or interfere with wallet, commission, payment, or transaction records.
For Cash on Meetup or Pickup, the buyer and seller are responsible for completing the physical cash exchange according to their confirmed arrangement.
The LokalCraft internal wallet does not represent the physical cash exchanged between the buyer and seller. Its role in a cash transaction is limited to the platform transaction-fee workflow implemented by the system.
Sellers may receive buyer reviews and ratings for completed orders. Sellers must not threaten, harass, pressure, or improperly influence buyers in an attempt to control the content of a review or rating.
Sellers may use legitimate customer feedback to improve product quality and service.
Sellers must not engage in activities that compromise the safety, integrity, or accuracy of LokalCraft. Prohibited activities include:
Authorized LokalCraft administrators may review seller applications, verification records, product listings, orders, payment status, platform commission records, and other information necessary for legitimate platform administration.
The Administrator may approve or reject seller applications and product listings and may take appropriate action when a seller violates marketplace requirements or this Seller Agreement.
Depending on the violation, actions may include listing removal, access restriction, seller suspension, or account termination.
Sellers are responsible for carrying out the final arrangement they confirmed with the buyer, including the agreed product, quantity, customization, price, fulfillment method, location, date, and time.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller should use the applicable order controls and communicate the situation to the buyer through LokalCraft.
Sellers acknowledge that LokalCraft does not provide real-time courier tracking, automated logistics management, card-payment processing, external seller payout, or guaranteed withdrawal services unless such functions are specifically implemented and made available by the platform.
Digital-payment and internal-wallet functions used during system evaluation operate within LokalCraft's configured testing environment. Sellers must not represent test or internal system records as actual external funds.
LokalCraft may update this Seller Agreement when platform features, seller requirements, transaction processes, or marketplace policies change.
Material changes should be presented through the platform. Continued use of seller features after an applicable update indicates acceptance of the updated Seller Agreement.
By continuing the seller registration process, submitting a seller application, and using LokalCraft seller functions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Seller Agreement.
You also acknowledge that your use of LokalCraft remains subject to the platform's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
